When you access the form creation tab, start by giving it a name and select the type. The first type is the recruitment form which is external by default, which means it will be made in the form of a public link website. This type of form is accessible without logging into the ProTrainUp system. Such form can be put on a website or social media.
The second type is a survey, there are two modes: external and internal. Choosing the second one means that the survey will be accessible for ProTrainUp account owners after logging in. Checking the „unique response” checkbox – means that only one answer may be given from each IP address. The next step is setting up the expiration date of the survey – after the chosen date the survey will close and will not allow any further answers. After completing all the data, save the form by pressing the „save” button.
